Data we collect
Account email, name, shipping address for prints, order details and the pet photo you upload.
Purpose & legal basis
To fulfil your order (contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for your photo, your explicit consent given at checkout.
Storage & access
Photos are stored in a private, encrypted bucket accessible only to you and authorised atelier staff.
Processors
Hosting and database (EU-capable cloud), Stripe for payments, and — only once enabled — an image generation provider.
Retention
Photos are kept up to 12 months after delivery, then deleted. Order records are kept as required by tax law.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Withdraw consent at any time. Contact the atelier to exercise them; you may also complain to your supervisory authority (in Greece: HDPA).
Personality quiz
If you choose to save your quiz result, we store your email, optional pet name, cat/dog choice, result, language and a one-way anonymised device fingerprint for spam protection (legitimate interest / your request). Marketing emails only with the separate opt-in box ticked. Ask us anytime to delete it.
Contact form
If you write to us through the contact form, we store your name, email and message so we can reply. Only the atelier can read them; ask us anytime to delete them.

Only essential local storage for sign-in, cart, language and your consent choice. No advertising trackers.
